Net performance for the Fund is shown net current fee rates of 0% per annum and 25% incentive allocation of profits on a pro forma basis from inception on September 1, 2013. The S&P 500 is an unmanaged capitalization-weighted index of 500 large-cap U.S. publicly-traded common stocks that is generally representative of the performance of larger companies in the U.S. The Fund is not restricted in the selection of securities to those which comprise the S&P 500, nor is it restricted to investments in equity securities.
The analytics provided are only some of the analytical measures that may be used to measure the performance of an investment in the Fund, and there may be other metrics and analytics that are better suited for that purpose. All the portfolio analytics provided are calculated from a monthly return series (net of fees and incentive allocations).
Registration
